Reasonable Suspicion Training

This type of training is good for Human Resources as well as managers and shift supervisors so that they can be studious to observe others to ensure their work place is always safe.  In this training I will teach you what to look for and the proper order of how to carry out a potential threat to keep you lawfully secure. I also look at your policies and help you implement verbiage specifically for these circumstances so that you are covered from any potential legal discrimination suits if you do not have them already incorporated.
