Reasonable Suspicion

Reasonable Suspicion is when you suspect one of your employees is using drugs or alcohol while on the job or before their shift.

Reasonable Suspicion Drug Test

If you feel they could potentially put other in danger it is important to have something implemented for this and that your personnel are trained to notice certain behaviors. In order to carry out this type of testing two or more must concur and at least one must have been trained and certified.

Pre-Employment Testing

Pre-employment is a test that we can do before you hire a potential employee.

Pre-Employment Drug Test

We can do a lab-based urine screen and have results within 72 hours or we can do a instant urine screen if you need them to start sooner.  This can also be done if you have an employee returning to a safety-sensitive position; this is required per regulations.

Post Accident

This type of test is great for anyone who recently got injured on the job, was in an accident on the job, or company equipment was damaged by an employee while on the clock.

Post Accident Drug Test

This will help determine if their performance was a contributing factor towards the incident if they were or were not on drugs or alcohol at that time.  This helps you as a company determine if you need to pay for any damages and/or injuries to persons or if your employee does; based on the results.  This is why it is important to have a policy implemented; it covers your company from any lawsuits. Some federal agencies do have specific time limits on when this must get completed.

Return to Duty

Return to Duty Drug Test

If you have an employee who is in a safety-sensitive position it is required that they have a negative test result prior to working within that position again.  This test is done if someone recently refused to test or is shifting back into that safety-sensitive position.

Follow Up

Follow-Up Drug Test

This type of test is done on your employee after they have had a positive test result and are returning back to their position.  This test is done is an unannounced series of tests that is typically determined by the Medical Review Officer (MRO) or Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
