Good information, mental health is a serious thing, there is so much some just don’t understand…it’s not just veterans, anyone who has suffered trauma can suffer.

Just yesterday at the grocery store something triggered me and I froze and went to a different “space” in my head and it must’ve been long enough that a gentleman approached me after witnessing Jericho alerting me (to bring me back to reality) to ask if I was all right. I thank God every day for blessing me with Jericho and all the folks that worked hard and diligently this last year to get us working as a team.
