I was spitballing with a potential client today and it was quite interesting…I was called an a***le and they spoke “I’m above the law” yet I was so gracious to make them aware that they were not compliant and I was pointing out the laws they were breaking and where they could find the regulations…needless to say their tune changed quickly as I started pulling out the regulation books and explaining to them what their drug and alcohol policy should look like. Then more questions were being asked and they thought to ask..well..what if I still don’t want to implement them. I explained to them that they would be breaking the law and that would in turn cause fines if they were to ever get caught. I came across this interesting article to share with them; check it out, and remember….
